Our Story

SCULPTING

Many of our larger structures and characters are sculpted from polystyrene. It’s a specialist skill and requires a technical ability to maintain strength and the vision to create a magical dragon to a wise old oak tree!

CREATIVE

Every product is designed, developed and manufactured at our dedicated production facilities. They all need painting, air brushing, hard coating, refurbishing and furring and our creative team do that expertly.

ENGINEERING

We engineer whatever our teams come up with, from movement activated animatronics, to 4D immersive virtual reality rides. Our engineering section is fully in house, allowing us to ensure when we are shipping our products out, we know exactly how they are put together and provide our customers with excellent product support.

JOINERY

Practical or decorative, our reindeer sheds, wall or floor mounted stables, displays, and grottos are all from our in house joinery team. Even picture frames, push button stands fire places and headset stands all come from our joinery dept.

OPERATIONS

It’s true that come October and November, operations move into overdrive organising and planning deliveries, orders, installs across the world! However, the rest of the year is still testing, which is when our developing and planning new schemes and products, not forgetting managing our storage facilities.

LOGISTICS

We have huge warehouse facilities which help to house not only all our teams, store many of our customers displays and provide enough space to work with small herd of animatronic reindeers but also provides a great base for our logistics teams to plan and manage safely transporting, installing, uninstalling and storing our products anywhere worldwide.

DESIGN

Our design team has been specially selected to bring their own special something to the The Seasonal Group party. Experienced, original and a little bit wacky, here you’ll find imagination, fun and lots of sparkle – our experienced team of Designers bring ideas to life. Armed with a cup of tea and a pen, they really are unstoppable.

SALES

Truly our “front of house” and possibly the first contact you have with us. Highly experienced, they will help you achieve a sensational display, ride or decorate your venue. From entire ice kingdoms, to street decorations and talking bears to singing yetis, their solution will ensure a wonderful atmosphere for your customers and visitors.

ADMINISTRATION

Dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. Our business is highly time sensitive, there is rarely a second chance, but with the careful eye for detail, our admin team can ensure that approvals, documentation, certification and contracts are in place helping us to deliver seamless customer service.

DECORATIONS

Baubles, twinkling lights, modern, traditional, giant polar bears and huge chandeliers. Designed, themed, developed and produced in house for awe-inspiring experience for shoppers and visitors, we also provide secure.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Our R&D team are not only responsible for making new ideas and innovation work, but ensuring a hard wearing and consistently reliable product. Many of our products are in constant use from sunrise to night fall and the use of latest technology and quality materials with some wizardry from the team helps us achieve a dependable product range.

SEAMSTRESS

All our characters and animatronics enjoy their own unique furry coats, feathers and costumes all designed and tailored in house. We ensure they're dressed to remain looking fresh for several festive seasons, with the added benefit that they can be chosen to meet a particular colour scheme, theme or style.
